Intraosseous ganglion

There is a well defined subcortical lesion in the lateral femoral condyle. Note continuity w/ smaller, lobulated extraosseous components and lack of surrounding bone marrow edema or osteoarthritis .

This was a path proven ganglion cyst / intraosseous ganglion, a typical appearance.
