History: 13-year-old
female patient with history of right upper extremity pain/numbness with a
monophasic right radial artery and absent ulnar pulse on physical examination.
CT angiogram shows an intact deep palmar arch off the radial artery, and a hypoplastic superficial palmar arch off the ulnar artery.
